The Online Services provide information about EXEED vehicles, offers, locations, and related customer services in the United Arab Emirates. Content is provided for general information and may be updated, withdrawn, or corrected at any time without notice.

Vehicle specifications, prices, finance examples, offers, and availability shown on the Online Services are indicative and subject to change. Binding commercial terms apply only when confirmed in writing by Al Ghurair or its authorised dealers.

You may use the Online Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Online Services by, any third party. You agree not to:

• misuse the Online Services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Online Services, the server on which they are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Online Services;
• use the Online Services to transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Online Services except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

When you submit an enquiry, book a test drive, book a service, or otherwise provide information through the Online Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may contact you using the details you supply for the purpose of responding to your request.

Submission of a form does not guarantee availability of a vehicle, appointment slot, or offer. We reserve the right to decline or cancel requests where necessary.

The Online Services may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
